Eligible Refund Exceptions for Digital Products

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
  • You were charged but never received access to the product.

3. Affiliate & Third-Party Products

Many products listed on NDM MarketLatch — particularly items with a ‘Buy Now’ button linking to Amazon or other e-commerce platforms — are affiliate products. These products are sold, shipped, and fulfilled entirely by the third-party retailer, not by NDM MarketLatch.

For all affiliate product purchases, returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the retailer’s own return policy (for example, Amazon’s standard 30-day return window). We do not process returns or issue refunds for affiliate purchases. Please contact the retailer directly for all return requests.

We clearly disclose affiliate relationships on our website. When you purchase through our affiliate links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

4. Digital Marketing Services — SEO, WordPress Development, Google & Meta Ads, Social Media Management

NDM MarketLatch provides professional digital marketing services including search engine optimisation (SEO), WordPress website development, paid advertising (Google Ads and Meta Ads), and social media management. Due to the nature of service-based work, refund terms are structured as follows:

Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided no work has commenced.

Cancellation During Active Project

If you cancel after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of deliverables completed at the time of cancellation. This will be calculated fairly and communicated in writing.

After Project Delivery

No refunds are issued once the final deliverable has been approved or handed over to the client. If you are dissatisfied with the output quality, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We offer revisions before any refund discussion, as our commitment is to deliver measurable results.

Ongoing Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly digital marketing retainers require 14 days written notice to cancel. Any fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. Future billing will stop after the notice period.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or error.
